The excursion will end with a banquet in a typical regional restaurant, where IWGO delegates will have the opportunity of tasting some classical recipes of the tradition “emiliana”, and visiting the underground cellar of the restaurant, where “culatello” (part of ham) is stored and cured for two years before consumption.
Vegetarians and participants with special dietary needs are kindly requested to inform the staff at the registration desk upon arrival.
The excursion and banquet are included in the registration fee. Accompanying persons are welcome to join the tour. Tickets including transportation, visit and banquet will be available at the registration desk at a price of 65 Euro. Due to organisation problems, tickets will be sold only on September 12th and 13th until 1 pm.
